Processing time could be 10 days due to the holidays. Most ordered packages
take anywhere from 7-10 days to complete.

Without the proper information, we will not process your order and you
may experience delays in shipment/delivery.

Payments can be made thru money order, personal check, google checkout and
pay pal. All purchases must be paid before shipment/proofs are delivered.

Returns WILL NOT be accepted under any circumstances. As these items are all custom designed, we have no use for them once shipped. We do our best to give
our customers the best service possible but some circumstances are beyond our
control.

Shipping is FREE in the USA.. If you do not live in the USA, make sure you ask what shipping will cost before purchasing. We use standard shipping and could take up to 10 days for delivery.

We do have RUSH shipping available.. please email that before you checkout, as you will
need a special invoice to pay. Rush shipping will be $25.00 extra..

We print out a demo to show you what the items are to look like when finished.
Colors on screen also may look different than your finished product depending on
how old your monitor is or how your monitor colors are set.
